OmegaDry Cranberry combines the nutritional properties of cranberry seed oil with the functional benefits of microencapsulation on the molecular level. It delivers a highly stable, free flowing , white-to-cream colored powder, which is easily dispersible in aqueous systems, can be incorporated into mixtures unaffected by shear force and offers controlled release via chemical equilibrium. OmegaDry Cranberry contains 45% cranberry seed oil and delivers naturally occurring omega 3 essential fatty acids, tocopherols, tocotrienols, phytosterols and lecithin.
